Please read through these terms and conditions carefully. By using our visiting our website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree with anything outlined in our terms and conditions you should not access the site, download materials, offer information or hire garments on this site.

Definitions - In these terms and conditions, all visitors and users of our website are referred to as "Client's", "You" and "Your". Once Designer Clothing Hire Pty Ltd is referred to as "Once", "Our", "Ours", "We" and "Us".

Changes to Terms and Conditions - "Once" reserves the right to make changes to this website as often as required. By entering our site and making use of our service you are agreeing to accept all changes made without prior notification. Please check terms and conditions on a regular basis.

Borrowing - "Once" offers a service that allows you to borrow garments through this website. Whilst we aim to offer you a variety of items for hire at anytime, there may be instances where some items on our website may not be available to you at the time you wish to hire them. "Once" reserve the right to remove, add in, and amend pricing of garments at any time without prior notification to clients. "Once" also reserves the right the refuse hiring if we believe you will not agree to or have not in the past agreed to the borrowing guidelines and the terms and conditions outlined on our website.

 When you place an order online, you will be required to choose the length of hiring time, either three or seven days; You will be required to make payment immediately; You will be required to supply address details for where you would like your purchase delivered; And you will be required to supply a valid contact number and email address so confirmation can be sent to you outlining the contractual terms of borrowing from "Once". This confirmation email will outline all the details of your purchase and outline all the details of the contract between you and "Once". By borrowing from "Once" you agree to the items stated in the contract.

Billing - All prices shown are in Australian dollars (AUD$) and are GST inclusive. All payments must be made at time of borrowing. Before any items are shipped to your nominated address, "Once" will require correct and current credit card details from you. The appropriate fees will be taken from your credit card immediately upon purchase and by supplying your details, you agree to pay for all fees that occur in conjunction with the "Once" service. This includes hire fees, postal charges and taxes.

If fees or charges are not paid by your credit card provider, you agree to pay all outstanding amounts to "Once" upon request. If you do not pay the required fees and charges, "Once" reserves the right to follow you up and take necessary action to receive payments.

Delivery/Shipping - Delivery and shipping costs are included in the price of borrowing except those costs listed below. Return deliveries from you to "Once" will be via express post using an Australia Post express post bag supplied to you with purchase.

"Once" will send your items to you once payment has been received and on the next following working day that payment is authorised. Your purchase will be delivered via express post and should arrive at your nominated address within 2-3 working days between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday.

Commencement of hire time will start when order is received at your nominated address and end the day stipulated on your order form. All items must be posted back on this day. Whilst we will endeavor to get items to you as quickly as possible, all delivery dates are estimated and may vary depending on a number of contributing factors out of "Once's" control. By hiring items from "Once" you agree that late deliveries do not warrant a cancellation of your order.

It is your responsibility to supply "Once" with the correct address. If your order is sent to the address supplied and it is in-correct, "Once" will not be held responsible for re-sending the items or paying to re-send. If your order arrives at the nominated address and nobody is available to collect, "Once" take no responsibility for the re-delivering or picking up of item if order is returned to sender, sent back to Australia Post for pick-up or stolen if left un-obtained.

Cancellations/Returns/Late Charges - "Once" reserves the right to charge fees if items are cancelled outside out stated dates, returned without a valid reason or returned later than the date confirmed.

If you wish to cancel an order, this must be done prior to 72 hours before hire date. If you cancel your delivery after this period, you will be charged 50% of your payment. You agree that this fee will be deducted from the credit card details you supplied to us.

If you receive your items and decide that you wish to return, you must contact "Once" (by phone or email) within 4 hours of items been delivered. If you contact us within this period, we will happily accept your return and you will have the choice to select another item (subject to availability) or be given a credit note to be used another time. No full refunds of payments will be given. If you call outside of this 4 hour period, full fee will be charged except in certain cases which "Once" may reduce fee depending on reason. This will be completely up to "Once's" discretion.

Items can be hired for a 3 or 7 day period. Hire period begins when you have signed for the registered post item and ends when you drop the item at the post office to be returned. All items must be sent back to "Once" via registered post. Every day outside of the borrowing period confirmed that your purchase is not returned, "Once" will charge a fee of 50% of total purchase amount as stipulated in contract sent to you at time of borrowing.

"Once" reserve the right to take late fees directly from the credit card in which details were given. If you wish to hire longer than the specified time confirmed when booking is made, please contact "Once" prior to time of return to discuss. No late fees will be charged, though regular borrowing costs will apply.

Damaged, Lost or Stolen Items - All items borrowed are the property of "Once" and MUST be returned after borrowing period. If any items returned are damaged or are in a dirty condition that cannot be amended by our dry cleaning service, you agree that "Once" may charge your credit card or withhold your cash deposit to obtain a replacement fee for the item. This fee will be the retail value of the item(s) in question, unless otherwise specified by "Once".

If any items are not returned, you will be liable for this and will be responsible for paying the replacement fee. This fee will be the retail value of the item(s) in question.

GST - All prices within the "Once" website are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax), unless otherwise specified.
