Borrowing from "ONCE Designer Clothing Hire" website is simple, though if you do not wish to order online you are more than welcome to visit our showroom in Bondi Beach, Sydney. To do so, please email once@onceclothing.com.au to make an appointment. Otherwise, please find below the steps for borrowing from our online wardrobe:

• Check out our wardrobe and choose what you would like to borrow
  
  
• Check sizes and availability before finalising booking
  
  
• View your cart to ensure order is correct
  
  
• Head to the checkout to process order
  
  
• Enter all required information and valid credit card details
  
  
• As soon as payment is received, we will be notified of your order and you will be sent an email confirming delivery details
  
  
• Garment(s) will be delivered via registered post one day after order is processed and borrowing period will begin from the time you sign for the order

You will be required to return garment(s) via registered post 3 days after receiving your order.

Before borrowing, please make sure you understand the full terms & conditions of using the ONCE Designer Clothing Hire website. Below are just a few important things that you should know, though for further information please read the terms & conditions provided.

• Pricing of garment(s) include the item(s) itself, shipping & delivery within NSW (extra fees will be charged for interstate delivery) and dry cleaning

• ONCE accepts payments via MasterCard and VISA. Payment on the website is done through PayPal so all payments and details given are secure. Also, cash payments are acceptable if you visit our showroom and meet with us direct

• Payment will be taken from your credit card as soon as you process your order. Extra fees will be taken from credit card if order is not returned on time/at all or if garment(s) are damaged.

• The billing address that you enter when processing payment is the address where your garments will be sent. If you do not wish for order to be delivered here, please advise ONCE immediately by emailing once@onceclothing.com.au

• Garment(s) will be posted the day after you make booking via registered post. Please allow up to 4 working days for order to be delivered to you. If your order has not arrived after 4 working days, please advise ONCE immediately

• Garment(s) must be posted back to ONCE on the third day of borrowing. Borrowing time commences on the day you have received and signed for your garment(s). If you wish to keep the garment(s) longer, you must advise ONCE and to keep garment(s) longer, there will be additional fees

• Sizing guide is to be used as a guide only. Different labels sizes do differ so please contact ONCE if you have any queries or would like any further information
